Meeting Tues Oct 24
The next meeting of the FGS will be held on Tuesday Oct 24, 6pm at the Alaska Mining Hall of Fame, 1st Ave, Fairbanks.
“Echo of a Secret Family” will be presented by Michael Gibson.
Mike will share his story of how he was able to find and connect records that led to learning about a shocking event in his family’s history that led to him authoring a book. He will have a couple of his books on hand for sale after his talk.
Meetings are free and open to the public. Refreshments are served. Be inspired to work on your family tree!
I’d like to know more about the society and how to join. I just found my father through AncestryDNA after a lifetime search. He passed away years ago but I’d like to learn more about him and his family.
