Annual Cemetery Walk for our May program

*Please note the date for our May meeting and program, Friday, May 29, 6pm.*

We have enjoyed cemetery walks every May for the past 4 years. We love it so much and look forward to hearing more history and stories on the 29th. This year we have a microphone to make hearing a little easier!

We will meet at the historic Clay St Cemetery front gate, and begin our walk at 6pm. We can accommodate those that need to remain on the walking path. We will talk about the history of the cemetery, and select graves of those buried beneath. This walk is free and is for all ages.

After the walking tour, we will have our meeting near the shed and enjoy refreshments. We will have some camp chairs, but please bring your own to ensure a place to sit. Bring something to share if you wish. We will discuss genealogy, the cemetery, or anything related to family history research, and history of the area. We always have a great time and are looking forward to it again.

Please take note that there are no restrooms at the cemetery.

If the weather is rainy, we will reschedule and this website will be updated along with our Facebook page if need be.

We are seeking a Secretary, so if you are interested in volunteering, please attend this meeting.
